Frequently Asked Questions:
When can I find the new Weekly Ad?
Our Weekly Ad is updated every Wednesday morning.
Can I view the Weekly Ad in PDF format?
Sure can! If you are viewing the ad on a desktop, and would like to see the ad all at once, you can click the red button in the upper right hand corner labeled "PDF". It should have the entire ad come up in your browser for you to view or even print! If you are viewing the ad on a mobile device, you will want to click on the weekly ad, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the green "PDF" button. You will then be able to view the ad in a pdf format.
Why can't I get the PDF to open?
Try clearing your cache and restarting your computer. Want to know how to do that? Information on that is online here. Another possible solution? Disable your pop up blocker and then try downloading the PDF again. We've also got a few other options for you to try online here.
Can I print my shopping list?
Absolutely! When you are done creating your grocery list, you can find the print option at the top of the shopping list tool (desktop only). Just click the in the upper right corner of the shopping list and you’ll find the option to print or empty your list.
Will my shopping list match perfectly with the in-store sales?
When building your shopping list, it is adding the sales prices that are in effect for the current ad week we are in. Our weekly ad runs from Wednesday through Tuesday each week. If you build and print your list on Wednesday or Thursday to shop over the weekend, all prices will be the same. However, if you build out and print your list on a Tuesday and shop on Wednesday, some prices may shift due to a new ad week starting.
What if I can't find the item I'm looking for?
It is important to note that our online inventory is not identical to our store inventory. We may have different varieties and greater selection in store. Don’t see a product you’re looking for while browsing online? Submit a product request for consideration or add a custom item to your shopping list — we’re always adding new items to our store shelves!
Does the new digital ad experience allow me to shop online?
The new digital ad experience does not allow you to shop online. You are able to view sales in the Weekly Ad, easily browse all of our items and build out an easy-to-use shopping list that will make your in-store grocery shopping faster and easier.
It is not going away, shopping online will still be available for the De Pere and Green Bay - East locations using the same method as before.
How do I view a product's ingredients and nutrition information?
You must click on the product for more information. The product’s ingredients and nutritional information, as well as suggested related products, can be found at the bottom of the individual product’s information window.
Where are the coupons?
Coupons can be viewed in the Weekly Ad, but to acquire the coupon price you must present the in-store ad at checkout.
Can I purchase items online from my shopping list?
We are committed to improving our online experience, but we do not have that feature at this time. The shopping list feature allows you to build out your list and it segments items based on departments to save you time while shopping in one of our stores. Your list will also give you a running total and will reduce prices on any sales items featured in that week’s Weekly Ad.
Why is the new digital ad experience so great?
At Festival Foods, every business decision we make is based on The Boomerang Principle: “will it bring the customer back?” We believe this new digital ad offering is an exciting opportunity to continue to improve your shopping experience. Have some ideas you think will make it even better? Let us know!
