Round One

Pepperoni Stromboli

1 tub pre-made pizza dough from our bakery

½ cup pizza sauce

12 slices salami

16 slices pepperoni

1¼ cup mozzarella cheese (divided)

1 egg, beaten

2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley (optional)

ingredients for pepperoni stromboli

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Roll the dough out and stretch it out on the prepared baking sheet into a large rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the dough, leaving about 2 inches from the edge. Top with salami, pepperoni and 1 cup cheese.
  3. Roll up the dough lengthwise and pinch the edges to seal and fold at the seam. Lay the Stromboli seam-side down. Brush with the beaten egg and cut small slits in the top. Top with ¼ cup cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with warm pizza sauce.

¼ cup shredded mozzarella

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

BBQ Hawaiian Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  1. Generously oil an 9-inch cake pan, 9-inch spring form pan or a 9-inch skillet. Make sure you coat the sides of the pan with oil too to ensure that dough doesn't stick.

  2. Cover the bottom of the crust with shredded cheddar. Next add the onions, diced pineapple and pork. Spread barbecue sauce over the top.
  1. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella over the top. Bake pizza for 20-25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and crust is a nice golden brown. Top with chopped cilantro and extra barbecue sauce.
