LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development)
A program designed for our leaders without direct reports to take them to the next level in making the change from peer to leader, positive accountability through servant leadership, technical skills and financials.
GOLD (Grocery Operations Leadership Development)
A six-month department manager trainee opportunity providing technical and leadership foundations through training alongside a current department manager.
Leadership is a continued practice, and each year, we invest in our department managers, store directors and leaders across the company in building community, growing leaders through department meetings and leadership topic speakers.
Path to Store Director
More than 25% of our store directors started in a part-time role. Now, we're excited to support more teammates in reaching that goal through our Operations Training Checklist and Store Director Readiness programs.
