Lucky Green Grape Salad

Thanks to five different green fruits this sweet treat is packed with nutrition. And, unlike your typical fruit salad, this better-for-us side features frozen green grapes for a fun and unique twist.

  • Lucky Green Grape Salad
  • Ingredients
    • ¾ lb. green grapes
    • Juice of one lime
    • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
    • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
    • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
    • 1 honeydew, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces

    Directions
    1. Wash grapes and pat dry before placing in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. 1. Before serving, whisk together lime juice and sugar until dissolved. Add apple slices and toss to coat. 1. Stir in frozen grapes, kiwi slices and honeydew pieces. Toss to mix and serve cold.
