Green Matcha Smoothie Bowl
- 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
- ¼ avocado, frozen
- ⅓ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ - ¾ cup milk of choice
- ½ to 1 tsp. matcha green tea powder
- Optional toppings: See Chef's Tips
Directions1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. 1. Pour smoothie into bowl and top with optional toppings. Serve cold.
Top with sliced kiwi or other fruit, toasted coconut, peptias or pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.
Omit the matcha tea powder to make this smoothie bowl more kid-friendly and caffeine free.
