Directions: All You Need for Brownies: 1/3 cup oil; 3 tbsp water; 1 egg. For Filling: 2 tbsp water; 1 egg. Baking Instructions: Set oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark coated pan, set oven to 325 degrees F. Coat bottom of 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray. We recommend using Crisco oil and no-stick cooking spray. Combine brownie mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread into prepared pan. Combine filling mix, 2 tablespoons water and egg in small bowl; mix with spoon until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto brownie batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark coated pan, bake at 325 degrees F. For 8x8-inch pan, 36 to 39 minutes. For 9x9-inch pan, 33 to 36 minutes. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. If desired, substitute 1 egg white or 1/4 cup egg white substitute for the egg. Double Batch: Coat bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. For brownie, combine 2 packages brownie mix, 2/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup water and 2 eggs. For filling, combine 2 packages filling mix, 1/4 cup water and 2 eggs. Mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 36 to 39 minutes. Tips & Tricks: Line baking pan with foil, extending foil over sides of pan. Coat with Crisco no-stick cooking spray. Spread brownie batter in foil-lined pan and bake as directed. After cooling, simply lift edges of foil to remove brownies from pan. Freeze cooled brownies 20 to 30 minutes before cutting to make the task much easier. Cut prepared brownies on a diagonal to form diamond shapes or use cookie cutters for decorative shapes.
