Ingredients: Meatball Seasoning Mix Ingredients: Bread Crumbs (Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour [Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Salt, Leavening [Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate], Sugar, Vegetable Shortening, Dextrose, Yeast, Natural Flavor), Sugar, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Soy Protein Concentrate, Corn Syrup Solids, Paprika, Spices, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Garlic, Soy Lecithin, and Disodium Inosinate, and Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers). Sauce Mix Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Starch, Salt, Butter (Cream [Milk], Salt), Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Nonfat Dry Milk, Spices, Chicken Fat, Caramel Color, Chicken Broth, Disodium Inosinate, and Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers), and Extractives of Rosemary.
Directions: Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix; 1 lb. lean ground beef; 1/3 cup water; 2 tbsp. oil; 2 cups milk. 1. Cut package for (1) Sauce Mix. Pour contents into bowl. Set aside. Cut package for (2) Seasoning Mix. Mix beef and water with Seasoning Mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 1-1/2 inch meatballs. 2. Heat oil in large skillet on Medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs; drain fat. 3. Stir milk and reserved Sauce Mix into skillet. Stirring frequently, simmer on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add meatballs to sauce; cook until heated through. Serve over noodles or rice.
