Mixing Instructions: Empty the entire container into a clean, grease free bowl. Mix with 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon (11 tablespoons) of hot tap water. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Increase mixer speed to high and mix an additional 2 minutes. Finished meringue should have stiff peaks and have a glossy sheen to it. Use as desired and brown in oven or broiler.
