Thai Chicken Pizza
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. less sodium soy sauce
- 1-inch piece ginger, roughly chopped
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust
- 6 oz. cooked chicken breast
- ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cashews
Directions1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Blend honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes until smooth. 1. Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust. Top with chicken, mozzarella and carrots. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 1. Top with cilantro and cashews. Slice and serve.
For gluten free: Use tamari in place of soy sauce. Use pre-baked gluten free pizza crust.
