Simple Slow Cooker Pork Roast
- 1 lb. potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 lbs. boneless pork loin roast
- 1 package seasoning mix, prepared as directed
Directions1. Layer the potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the pork loin on top of the vegetables. 1. Prepare seasoning according to directions and add to slow cooker. 1. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the pork is fork tender and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145⁰F.
