Sausage and Pepper Flatbread Pizza
- 2 Harvest Wheat - 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flatout® Wraps
- 6 Tbsp. pizza sauce
- 1 cup sweet mini peppers, sliced
- ½ cup pre-cooked turkey sausage crumbles
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Flatout Flatbreads on a cookie sheet and bake for two minutes. 1. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce evenly on flatbreads. Layer peppers, sausage and mozzarella on top of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake for additional 10-12 minutes.
