Grilled Fruit Kabobs with Chocolate Yogurt Dip
- 6 wooden skewers
- 2 lbs. mixed fruit (pineapple, peaches, nectarines, strawberries)
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. 1. Preheat the grill at medium-high heat, about 375°F. 1. Chop fruit in to equal, bite-sized pieces.Thread fruit on skewers, alternating types of fruit. 1. Grill fruit skewers for 3-5 minutes, rotating sides. 1. While fruit is grilling, prepare dip. Place yogurt, cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a small blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. 1. Enjoy grilled fruit skewers with chocolate yogurt dip!
