Eggroll in a Bowl
- 6 Tbsp. less sodium soy sauce, plus more for serving
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- ½ tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
- 8 green onions, sliced and white/light green and green parts separated
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 (12 oz.) bags Mann's® Broccoli Cole Slaw

Directions1. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and Chinese 5 spice powder in a small bowl. Set aside. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add white/light green parts of green onions and stir fry until onions start to soften, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and continue to cook for about 1 minute. 1. Add ground turkey and break meat up into small pieces with spoon. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is fully cooked, about 8 minutes. 1. Increase heat to medium-high and add broccoli cole slaw and reserved sauce. Continue to cook for about 7 minutes or until slaw is tender-crisp. 1. Add reserved sliced green onion tops and stir to combine. 1. Remove from heat and garnish with additional toppings, if desired.
Top with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro and sriracha, if desired.
For gluten free: Use tamari in place of less sodium soy sauce. Use ground chicken in place of ground turkey.
