  • Eggroll in a Bowl
  • Ingredients
    • 6 Tbsp. less sodium soy sauce, plus more for serving
    • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

    • 8 green onions, sliced and white/light green and green parts separated

    • 3 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    • 1 lb. ground turkey
    • 2 (12 oz.) bags Mann's® Broccoli Cole Slaw
    • Optional toppings: see Chef's Tips

    1. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and Chinese 5 spice powder in a small bowl. Set aside. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add white/light green parts of green onions and stir fry until onions start to soften, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and continue to cook for about 1 minute. 1. Add ground turkey and break meat up into small pieces with spoon. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is fully cooked, about 8 minutes. 1. Increase heat to medium-high and add broccoli cole slaw and reserved sauce. Continue to cook for about 7 minutes or until slaw is tender-crisp. 1. Add reserved sliced green onion tops and stir to combine. 1. Remove from heat and garnish with additional toppings, if desired.
