Curried Deviled Eggs

Eggs offer a nutritious, neutral base that are easily transformed into bite-sized treats with the help of a few simple ingredients!

  • Curried Deviled Eggs
  • Ingredients
    • 6 hard-boiled eggs
    • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    • ½ tsp. curry powder
    • ½ tsp. cumin
    • ¼ tsp. celery salt
    • Red grape slices for garnish

    1. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place into a small bowl. Mash yolks with the back of a small fork. 1. Add mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, curry powder, cumin and celery salt to yolks. Continue to mash until all ingredients are mixed well. If the yolk mixture seems too thick, add additional yogurt. 1. Fill egg whites with curried yolk mixture. Top with a slice of red grape and serve.
