Cantaloupe with Honey Lime Dressing

“Fresh” is the word that comes to mind when tasting this delightfully sweet and refreshing Cantaloupe with Honey Lime Dressing. With just a few simple ingredients, you will have a new favorite way to enjoy this sweet fruit!

  • Cantaloupe with Honey Lime Dressing
  • Ingredients
    • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    • ¼ cup honey
    • ¼ cup lime juice
    • 1 tsp. lime zest
    • 3 cups cantaloupe, cut into chunks or melon balls
    • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
    • Lime wedges for garnish

    1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice and lime zest. Pour over cantaloupe and toss gently to coat. 1. Spoon into serving dishes and top with a thin slice of lime or fresh sprig of mint.
