Cantaloupe with Honey Lime Dressing
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 3 cups cantaloupe, cut into chunks or melon balls
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
- Lime wedges for garnish
Directions1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice and lime zest. Pour over cantaloupe and toss gently to coat. 1. Spoon into serving dishes and top with a thin slice of lime or fresh sprig of mint.
