Brazilian Grilled Pineapple

Who said grilling was only for meat and veggies? This delicious Brazilian Grilled Pineapple is the perfect side dish, snack or dessert. The best part - you only need three ingredients to make this mind-blowing dish.

  • Brazilian Grilled Pineapple
  • Ingredients
    • ¼ cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into ¾-inch thick slices or spears
    • Vanilla ice cream for serving, optional

    1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 1. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle over both sides of the pineapple slices. 1. Place pineapple on the grill and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until the pineapple is caramelized with nice brown grill marks. 1. Remove from grill and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
