Blackberry Matcha Overnight Oats
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp. matcha powder
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. almond extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup blackberries
- Chia seeds, optional garnish
Directions1. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, matcha powder, maple syrup and vanilla and almond extracts. Stir in oats and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. 1. When ready to eat, stir in blackberries and serve topped with optional chia seeds.
If desired, substitute your favorite milk or milk alternative for the almond milk.
For gluten free: Use certified gluten free oats instead of rolled oats.
