We know life happens. You're crunched for time and you can't make it to one of our stores. Don't worry, we've got you covered. We want to make it easy for you to shop for quality products both online and in-store.

Here's How It Works

Browse online for all the same great products from the convenience of your home — we’ll do the in-store shopping for you! Simply set up your account, select your favorite items and drive to your location for pick-up.

There are absolutely no price mark-ups on your groceries. You simply pay the same amount that guests in the store pay as well as a modest $7.50 shopping fee plus tax. You receive all the savings of doing the shopping yourself without giving up your own personal time. We accept the following payment options online: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We cannot accept debit, EBT or gift card transactions.

Once you have completed your order online, you will be asked for your substitution preference, in case particular items you've ordered are not available. You will have a few choices including "let personal shopper decide" as well as others. We will make sure you get what you want and are happy with your order. If an item is unavailable and you do not want a substitute, money for that item will be returned to you at time of pick up.

How do I get started?
For Online Grocery Shopping, simply set up a customer profile at http://festfoods.gsngrocers.com/Profile/SignUp.aspx, and you will be ready to begin shopping.
How do I pay for my items?
We accept the following payment options online: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We cannot accept debit, EBT or gift card transactions.
Is there a fee for this service?
Regardless of order size, there is a shopping fee of $7.50 plus tax.
Can I redeem my vendor coupons?
When you arrive to pick up your order, please give the attendant your coupons. A credit will be given for the value of the valid coupons on your next online order.
Where do I pick up my groceries?
East Green Bay: When approaching the front of the store, you will see a sign that states: "Online Grocery Shopping Pick Up." Your groceries will be available for you at the designated time you choose. Someone will greet you to obtain a signature and place your groceries in your vehicle.

De Pere: Pull into the designated online parking spot at the front of the store and push the call button. Someone will be with you shortly.
Can I get my order delivered?
At this time we are not offering delivery services.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email from the personal shopper confirming your order.
Are there any items I cannot purchase online?
We currently are not allowing the online purchase of the following products: lottery, alcohol, tobacco, magazine and greeting cards.
Will you substitute items if the particular item I ordered is not available?
Once you have completed your order online, you will be asked for your substitution preference. You will have a few choices including "let personal shopper decide" and others. We will make sure you get what you want and are happy with your order. If an item is unavailable and you do not want a substitute, money for that item will be returned to you at time of pick up.
What if I would like to add items to an order that has already been submitted?
This is never a problem - just call your personal shopper and they will be happy to add the additional items to your already existing order. After they have finished shopping the order, they will contact you should there be a balance due.
