The new Festival Foods Click N Go online shopping service reflects our exceptional in store experience. From website to curbside, guests will be able to turn their online shopping list into an online order that will be available for pick up at our designated parking spots.
Note: After your first three orders, there will be a shopping fee of $4.95 per order (no order minimum or maximum).
This service is currently not available at the following stores:

- Will you be offering delivery?
We do not offer delivery. Our Click N Go service allows our guests to order their groceries online for pick up at select Festival Foods locations.
- Will your online prices match your in store prices?
Festival Foods does not markup products online. When building your online order, it is adding the sales prices that are in effect for the current ad week we are in.
Our Weekly Ad runs from Wednesday through Tuesday each week. If you build your online order on Wednesday or Thursday to place it for pick up over the weekend, all prices will be the same. However, if you build your online order on a Tuesday and place it for pick up on Wednesday, some prices may shift due to a new ad week starting.
- How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
We require a four (4) hour minimum lead time to fulfill your online grocery order.
- Are all products sold in store available online?
We try to have as many products available online as we have in store. There are some things (i.e. magazines, greeting cards) that are not available online.
- Do I pay online or when I pick up my online order?
You are only able to pay online when you place your order. The final cost may vary based on items sold by the pound and other factors.
- What methods of payment are accepted online?
We accept all major credit cards or debit cards as forms of payment for online orders.
- Do I need an app?
Right now, we don't have an app. You can use your phone, tablet or computer to order online — our website is optimized for each of these platforms.
- How can I change between views when browsing products?
In the upper right corner of the Weekly Ad, you can find two icons that indicate the two viewing options. Click the "Page View" icon to view the Weekly Ad as the clickable PDF or click the "Grid View" icon to view the Weekly Ad in a grid format.
- How do I add products to my online order?
You are able to add products to your online order from our Weekly Ad page or from our Shop page. The Weekly Ad page lets you view our sale items for the week (our ad breaks on Wednesday) using two different views (Page View and Grid View). “Page View” is a clickable PDF that allows you to hover over the products to add them to your shopping list or cart. “Grid View” is a grid format that displays the individual sale items in order of popularity. To shop for products not on sale, please go to the Shop page. Here you will be able to shop by departments and see all of our available products.
- How do you know what products I want?
If you have any specific product preferences, you will be able to leave a note for each product you add to your online order. This will ensure your in store shopper is fulfilling your order the same way you would.
- How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your online order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. We will also send out emails leading up to your pick up date letting you know that your order is being shopped and when it is ready for pick up.
- Can I call in an order for pick up?
All Click N Go orders need to be made from the website. You are not able to call in an order for pick up at this time.
- What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
A valid ID.
- Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, as long as you include that in the notes of your order or call the store and let them know.
- Can I receive order notifications for my online order?
Yes, you can choose to receive information on your order via email. You will be notified once you submit your order, when the order starts being shopped and when it is ready for pick up.
- When will I be charged for my online order?
You will have a hold put on your card after you submit your order. The final total will be charged once you have picked up your order.
- Where's my receipt for my online order?
Once you pick up your online order you will receive your final receipt.
- Can I pay with a gift card?
At this time we cannot accept gift card payments for online orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- How do I return items from my order?
Bring your receipt to the Service Desk and our associates will take care of any returns you have.
- What is the provisional hold on my card?
The provisional hold will temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like bottle deposit, final sales tax and items sold by weight. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in your final order.
- Can I apply discounts or coupons to my order?
Coupons and discounts outside of what's available in our Weekly Ad are not accepted at this time.
