Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients:


Directions:

  1. Muddle cucumber mint with lime juice.
  2. Add ice and top with sparkling water.

Piña Colada Cranberry Twist

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients together.
  2. Pour over ice and top with frozen cranberries.

Ginger Fizz

Ginger Syrup:

  • 1 Tbsp. ginger root, minced
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Ginger Fizz:

Directions:

  1. Simmer ginger root, water and honey for five minutes; stirring occasionally. Cool and strain.
  2. Mix together ginger syrup, sparkling water and lime juice. Pour over ice and serve with a lime wheel.
