Crunchmaster Cracker Stuffing Bites | Sides, Snacks & Sweets | Eat Well with Festival Foods

Serve up your holiday turkey with savory and scrumptious Crunchmaster® Cracker Stuffing Bites. Filled with rosemary-flavored crackers, sweet cranberries, fresh herbs and hearty gluten free bread, this twist on traditional stuffing is good to the last bite!

Crunchmaster Cracker Stuffing Bites




1 bag Crunchmaster® Rosemary & Olive Oil Multi-Seed Cracker, crushed

8 cups gluten free bread (about 1 loaf), torn into bite-sized pieces

2 Tbsp. olive oil

¼ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

2 green onions, thinly sliced

¾ cup dried cranberries

½ cup sweet onion, minced

2 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup pine nuts

½ cup dry white wine (or vegetable broth)

½ cup parsley leaves, chopped

3 large eggs, lightly beaten

2 Tbsp. butter, softened

1 cup vegetable broth



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, gently toss bread pieces with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until bread is golden, approximately 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine baked bread pieces with remaining ingredients; using your hands, mix well to combine.
  4. Using a spoon, transfer mixture into prepared muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top.
