Red Berry Vanilla Almond Smoothie Bowl
⅔ cup almond milk
1 cup red raspberries, fresh or frozen (frozen will yield a thicker consistency)
⅔ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 (5.3 oz.) container Chobani Simply 100® Vanilla
¼ cup ice
⅛ tsp. almond extract
Honey or maple syrup, optional
- In a blender, pour in almond milk, raspberries, strawberries, Greek yogurt, ice and almond extract. Blend on high, until mix is smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
- Top with raspberries, strawberries, almonds, oats and chia seeds. If desired, top with honey or maple syrup.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
