    Directions: If Using Beef: You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1 cup milk; 2-1/4 cups hot water. For Topping: 3 tbsp milk. 1. Brown: Brown beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir: Stir in 1 cup milk, hot water, sauce mix and rice. Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Meanwhile, stir 3 tbsp milk and topping mix in bowl. 4. Add: Remove from heat. Add topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
