Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Sour Cream (Cream, Nonfat Milk, Cultures), Salt, Whey, Modified Corn Starch, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Flavor, Chives*, Onions*, Sodium Caseinate, Niacinamide, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid *Dried.
Directions: Pasta Range Top: What You Need: 2 tbsp margarine or butter; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/2 cup milk. 1. In medium saucepan, bring water, milk and margarine or butter to a boil. Then slowly stir in pasta and special seasonings. Separate pasta with a fork, if needed. Return to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 9-11 min. or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently. 3. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 min. to thicken. About 2-1/2 cups prepared. Microwave: In 2-quart microwaveable bowl, combine 1-3/4 cups water, 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter. Microwave uncovered at high 4-5 minutes or until boiling. Slowly stir in pasta and special seasonings. Microwave at high 5 minutes. Stir. Microwave at high 5-7 more minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir well. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Less Fat: Follow range top or microwave directions, except substitute margarine with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and use 1/2 cup skim milk. Fat reduced to 7 g from 14 g per serving with saturated fat reduced to 2 g from 4 g and trans fat reduced to 0 g from 2 g per serving. 60 calories from fat per serving.
