Description: NO YOLKS® - the healthier alternative to regular egg noodles. Made from egg whites, NO YOLKS® have no cholesterol and are low in fat and sodium and can be used in any recipe that calls for egg noodles.
Ingredients: Enriched Extra Fancy Durum Flour (Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Flour, and Egg Whites.
Directions: Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add slowly 6 oz. of No Yolks stirring occasionally. Boil uncovered 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Initial cooking liquid must be at a boil when adding No Yolks.
