Ingredients: Dough Mixture: Enriched Semolina Flour (Semolina Flour [Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid]), Pasteurized Fresh Eggs, Water. Filling: Ricotta Cheese (Whey, Cream, Vinegar, Salt, Stabilizers), Cracker Meal (Enriched Wheat Flour [Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Soybean Oil), Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Cow's/Sheep's Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavoring, Spices.
Directions: Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality use the following directions. Do not eat pasta without cooking. Do not allow pasta to thaw before cooking. Do not overcook. Stovetop: 1. In a 6-8 quart stock pot over high heat, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt, if desired. 2. Add desired amount of pasta to boiling water; stir gently. Return to a boil. 3. Boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat; drain well. Serve immediately as desired. High Altitude - above 3500 feet: Cooking times may need to be increased slightly. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Promptly refrigerate or discard leftovers.
