Ingredients: Whey, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following: Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, Soybean Oil), Modified Food Starch, Contains 2% or Less of: Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Blue Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Natural Flavor, Sodium Phosphate, Monosodium Glutamate, DATEM, Mono- and Diglycerides, Water, Color Added, Distilled Vinegar, Sodium Polyphosphate, Dextrose, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Xanthan Gum.
Directions: Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze. Heating Directions: Stove: Pour contents into saucepan. Heat on medium for 2 minutes, stir consistantly, serve. For a lighter sauce, just add water or milk and stir. To Serve: May be spooned directly from the can without heating; or heat in slow cooker. Use as a topping for nachos, baked potatoes, potato skins and veggies. Add to creamy soups, chili and macaroni. For a special dip, mix with La Preferida Thick 'n Chunky Salsa.
