Grill: heat grill. Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on grill. Grill over medium heat for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155-160 degrees F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing.
