Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Unbleached and Unenriched).
Directions: Cake Flour Substitute: Place 2 tbsp. Hodgson Mill Corn Starch in a measuring cup, then fill to 1 cup with All Purpose White Flour. Sift together thoroughly. Use for 1 cup cake flour. Storage Tip: Store tightly sealed, and protect from heat and light. Airtight storage in refrigerator or freezer may help extend freshness. Bring to room temperature before baking.
