Ingredients: Enriched Durum Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron [Ferrous Sulfate], Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Water, Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Whey, Pasteurized Milk, Distilled Vinegar, Salt), Cracker Meal (Wheat Flour, Sea Salt, Canola Oil), Eggs, Cheese Blend (Romano and Parmesan Cheese [Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Water, Cultured Whey, Salt, Citric Acid, Lactic Acid), Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Soybean Oil, Salt, Spices.
Directions: Keep frozen. Do not thaw product before cooking. A minimum internal tortellini temperature of 165 degrees F must be reached for at least 15 seconds. Do not overcook. Stove Top: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add frozen tortellini, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 3 minutes (or until desired tenderness). Tortellini will begin to float. Do not boil tortellini. Stir occasionally. Drain, and serve with your favorite sauce.
