Ingredients: Water, Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folate), Whey, Sugar, Dextrose, Soy Flour, Canola or Soybean Oil (Contributes Trivial Amount of Trans Fat), Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Artificial Butter Flavor (Contains Dairy), Palmitate (Vitamin A), Niacin, Vitamin B12, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6), Riboflavin, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Reduced Iron, Folate, Soy Lecithin, Eggs.
Directions: Keep frozen until ready to use. 1. Remove desired number of frozen mini pancakes from wrapper. Do not thaw before heating. 2. Place frozen pancakes in stacks of three on a microwave-safe dish or paper plate. 3. Heat on full power (High) according to the heating times. Heating Times: 3 Pancakes: 30-35 seconds; 6 Pancakes: 40-45 seconds; 9 Pancakes: 55-60 minutes; 12 Pancakes: 1 minute 10 seconds. Microwave heating times may vary, so adjust accordingly. It is not recommended to heat more than 12 pancakes at a time. Overcooking may toughen pancakes. Oven Heating: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove frozen pancakes from wrapper and place on a cookie sheet in a slightly overlapping pattern. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 3-5 minutes.
