Two-Ingredient Pizza Crust

With just a couple of ingredients, this veggie-filled Two-Ingredient Pizza Crust is easy-to-make and tastes delicious topped with any of your favorite toppings. It’s also gluten free and dairy free!

  • Ingredients
    • 1 bag Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower and Sweet Potato
    • 2 eggs, whisked

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Microwave Riced Cauliflower and Sweet Potato according to package instructions. Allow to cool for 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle. 1. Place mixture in layered paper towels or a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much excess moisture as possible. Place cauliflower and sweet potato mixture into a bowl with eggs and stir until well mixed. 1. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Press cauliflower mixture into a single 10-inch crust or 2 (5-inch) crusts. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. 1. Top with desired toppings and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
