Roasted Green Beans with Mushrooms
- 1 lb. green beans, washed and trimmed
- 8 oz. white button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp. balsamic glaze
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place green beans, mushrooms, olive oil and balsamic into a gallon-sized zip-top plastic bag. Tightly seal bag and shake ingredients until vegetables are lightly coated. 1. Spread green beans and mushrooms evenly onto a jelly-roll pan. Roast for 30 minutes or until beans are fork tender. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve warm.
