- 3 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 head of cauliflower)
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 1. Boil cauliflower florets until soft. Finely chop with a knife or pulse in a food processor until the cauliflower becomes large, coarse crumbs. 1. Add chopped cauliflower, bread crumbs, cheese and eggs into a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined. 1. Shape cauliflower mixture to form 1-inch bites and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 1. Bake tots for about 15 minutes, or until the bottoms of the tots are golden brown. Flip tots over and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
For gluten free: Use gluten free bread crumbs instead of Italian seasoned.
