3 Ingredient Pancakes
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 6 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
Directions1. Mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Add flour and eggs and stir well with a whisk. 1. Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Spoon batter onto skillet, using one-sixth of batter for each pancake. 1. Cook 2 minutes or until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Carefully turn pancakes over. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. 1. Top with your favorite toppings and serve.
For gluten free: Use gluten free flour in place of all purpose flour.
