Ranch Peppercorn

Dad’s Ranch Peppercorn Chicken Breast is the delicious result of taking a premium boneless and skinless breast and tumbling it for 30 minutes in our gourmet peppercorn ranch marinade made from buttermilk, cheddar, parmesan and ramono cheese, along with a hint of garlic and onion seasoning.

We use a tumbler to marinate our flavored chicken breasts to make sure the ranch peppercorn flavor is completely infused into the meat so it cooks up plump, lean and meaty.

Cooking Instructions Print Version

For additional cooking instructions, please see the chef's tips and the USDA cooking recommendations.

1. Oven

Bake or broil. Baking is such a nice low maintenance way to prepare these. Set your oven to 350°F or place the breast on a nonstick baking pan and cook for 20-40 minutes.

Our flavored breasts need no additional seasoning. They are perfect as is. The plain breast is a blank canvas waiting for your creative inspiration!

2. Grill

Place chicken on surface of grill 6" to 8" from heat. Over medium heat, grill 18-25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally. When chicken breasts are cooked to juicy, tender perfection, pierce them with a fork. Juices should run clear. Cut with a knife; the meat should be opaque.

3. Stove Top

Cut breasts into 1” cubes and pan sear with your choice of fresh in-season veggies for a great stir fry. Add some teriyaki glaze for a little Asian flair. Pair this with some fragrant jasmine rice.

4. Crock Pot

These make the best shredded chicken sandwiches going. Add some broth to the pot with the breasts and let ‘er rip. For something a bit different, add some steak sauce to the pot prior to turning it on. Steak sauce with chicken? It may sound weird ... until you try it.

5. Smoking

Smoked Dad’s Chicken Breasts are AMAZING, probably the only thing that actually improves the already fantastic seasoned breasts. One thing to remember is to not let them go too long or they will go dry.

6. Charcoal

Bring coals to medium heat. Then place these premium chicken breasts on the grill and watch them cook up lean and tender in about 20 minutes. Add steaming baked potatoes and a crisp green garden salad for a terrific meal!
