1. Oven

Settings and timing

Bake or broil. If you choose this method, place the cutlets flat on a nonstick baking sheet with a lip. Spray the tops of the cutlet with a butter-flavored pan spray. Bake for approximately 5-8 minutes at 400°F. Then turn the cutlets over and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes. 

2. Stove Top

Settings and timing

This is the best method. Pan sear the cutlets on medium-high heat with a small amount of cooking oil. Make sure to use a pan that allows enough room for the cutlets to lay flat. Cook for approximately 5-8 minutes per side.

Special instructions

Serve with seasoned potatoes, seasoned hashbrowns and fried eggs (these make fantastic breakfast entrées), French fries or mashed potatoes.
