Made with real sour cream and shredded potatoes with a rich creamy sauce ... and topped with real Wisconsin cheddar cheese and then baked to golden brown. Wait, though, we are not done - next double-top with an additional layer of cheddar and sour cream!

Always heat to 165°F. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes lightly covered. Do not seal so the texture remains rich and moist. Microwave 1-2 minutes lightly covered, using wax paper.

Yellow to Medium Rare: 138°F - Beef only

Red to Medium: 144°F - Beef only

Green to Medium Well: 157°F - Pork and Beef

Blue to Well Done: 168°F - Pork, Beef, Poultry
