Summer Cabbage Salad
We start with only the freshest vegetables - diced green and red cabbage, ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers and mild green onions all gently tossed with salad dressing. This is a refreshing spin on traditional cole slaw that is sure to be a hit in all four seasons. It also qualifies as an Eat Well Salad option. Keep refrigerated at 41°F or below.
