It has been a long, cold spring so let’s heat things up with some saucy ribs hot off the grill.
Our first Rib Event were held last year and they were so popular that we are bringing them back on a monthly basis all summer. We are kicking off on Thursday, April 25th at all Festival locations, rain or shine! (or snow…) We will be grilling our saucy, fall of the bone St. Louis style full racks of ribs beginning at 10am and selling while supplies last.
Master grillers will be on hand to grill your own full rack right in front of you, or you can grab one that is hot and ready to go. This full rack of ribs weighs 28oz and can feed two people, or a hungry one. Don’t forget that these make great leftovers and for the price of $10, you can’t beat it at any local restaurant.
