Veggie Fries | Eat Well at Festival Foods Who doesn’t love a colorful, delicious and better-for-you French fry? Except, today’s fries don’t feature traditional potatoes. Instead, they’re made with the just-as-tasty root vegetables, carrots and parsnips. When roasted, the natural sugars in these veggies start to caramelize which creates a perfect, slightly sweet and savory combination that is out-of-this-world good. Pair this easy side with any kind of burger or grilled meat; or serve these fries with baked fish for a better-for-you fish fry!

For a quick and simple dip, try mixing nonfat plain Greek yogurt with your favorite dried herbs and spices, like garlic powder, dill or parsley. Veggie Fries | Eat Well at Festival Foods
