With just a couple of ingredients, this veggie-filled Two-Ingredient Pizza Crust is easy-to-make and tastes delicious topped with any of your favorite toppings. It’s also gluten free and dairy free!
Two Ingredient Pizza Crust
1 bag Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower & Sweet Potato (found in our frozen department)
2 eggs, whisked
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Microwave Riced Cauliflower & Sweet Potato according to package instructions. Allow to cool for 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
- Place mixture in layered paper towels or a clean kitchen towel and wring out as much excess moisture as possible. Place cauliflower and sweet potato mixture into a bowl with eggs and stir until well mixed.
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Press cauliflower mixture into a single 10-inch crust or 2 (5-inch) crusts. Bake for20- 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Top with desired toppings and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
