And, while traditional brats have a sodium content that can range from 600-1000mg per brat, these chicken brats have a lower content of 50-510mg of sodium per griller, depending on the flavor. And, at less than 200 calories per link, compared to 270 calories for a traditional brat, trading up for these chicken grillers is a no-brainer!
