The Dietitian’s Top Pick: Campbell's® Skillet Sauces + GIVEAWAY!

What if I told you that you could whip up an awesome meal in just 15 minutes using one dish? Oh, and that it would be packed with lean protein, veggies and whole grains. The solution: new Campbell's® Skillet Sauces! These sauces come in a variety of flavors, including Marsala, Creamy Chipotle, Fire Roasted Tomato, Scampi, Thai Green Curry and Toasted Sesame. Each sauce highlights protein pairings and skillet suggestions right on the package, solving the “What’s for Dinner” dilemma that many of us experience. Just pick your pouch and prepare for a fabulous meal in a flash! In 3 simple steps (and 15 short minutes), this super sauce can make a delicious dinner. First, grab your skillet and heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat. Then, cook your protein and add lots of veggies! Lastly, stir in sauce, heat to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until the meat or seafood is cooked through. Pair with brown rice, whole wheat pasta or quinoa, and dinner is served! I love it when dinner is quick, easy, tasty and healthy! One of my favorite meals to throw together is Crunch Turkey Pita Pockets made with the Toasted Sesame Skillet Sauce.
