Have five minutes? Make our five ingredient Spicy Tuna Bowl. Not only is this easy meal full of sushi-inspired flavor, but it also packs a nutritious punch with lean protein, heart-healthy fats and whole grains. Multiply the recipe to feed a family or swap ingredients to make it your very own.

 

Spicy Tuna Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ avocado, diced
  • 1 (2.6 oz.) package Starkist® Tuna Creations® Sweet & Spicy
  • 2 tsp. sriracha mayonnaise

 

Directions:

  1. Place brown rice in the bottom of a medium bowl. Top with shredded carrots, diced avocado and Starkist Tuna.
  2. Garnish with sriracha mayonnaise. Mix and serve.
