How about a skinny version of the traditional milkshake that packs protein and delicious frozen fruit?
Let's get started! First, assemble your blender and gather all of your ingredients.
We love using Kemps® Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (No Sugar Added, Fat Free). It’s creamy, full of flavor and a wonderful addition to this milkshake recipe (or eaten in a bowl all by itself!).
Measure out ¾ cup frozen yogurt, 2 cups frozen berries (no sugar added!), and ½ cup milk.
Cover with the lid and give it a good blend; if the shake is too thick (ha, like there is such a thing), add milk by the tablespoon to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Serve in fancy glasses to make things fun or sprinkle with your favorite toppings (mini dark chocolate chips, more berries, toasted coconut … the options are endless!).
