Shrimp Tacos with HERDEZ Guacamole Salsa

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pat shrimp dry. In a large bowl, toss together shrimp, cumin, chili powder, salt and black pepper until well coated. 
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until translucent, about 1 ½ - 2 minutes per side. 
  3. Char tortillas over an open flame on a gas stove or warm them in a microwave wrapped with a damp paper towel until pliable. Divide shrimp evenly among tortillas and top with Guacamole Salsa, cilantro, red onion and avocado. Serve with a lime wedge on the side.
