Loaded with juicy, roasted red grapes, protein-packed chicken and pesto filled with yummy, Italian flavors, this scrumptious, gourmet-inspired pizza is way better than delivery. And, with the help of pre-made ingredients this delicious and nutritious pizza is ready in just 20 short minutes.

Red Grape, Chicken & Pesto Pizza

Ingredients: 

  • 1 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust (or gluten free crust for gluten free)
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • ⅓ cup pesto
  • 1 ½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 6 oz. cooked chicken breast
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions  

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Gently place pizza crust on a pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Spread pesto evenly over crust, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Arrange grapes in a single layer over dough; top with chicken. Top with garlic and mozzarella; sprinkle with Romano and pepper.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions. Cut and serve.
