Loaded with juicy, roasted red grapes, protein-packed chicken and pesto filled with yummy, Italian flavors, this scrumptious, gourmet-inspired pizza is way better than delivery. And, with the help of pre-made ingredients this delicious and nutritious pizza is ready in just 20 short minutes.

 

20 Minute Meals:

Red Grape, Chicken & Pesto Pizza

Ingredients: 
1 Essential Everyday wheat pizza crust (or gluten free crust for gluten free)
Nonstick cooking spray
⅓ cup refrigerated pesto (found in our produce department)
1 ½ cups seedless red grapes, halved 8 oz. Buddig® Fix Quix™ Chicken Breast Strips
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ cup sliced green onions  

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Gently place dough on a pizza pan coated with cooking spray. Spread pesto evenly over dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Arrange grapes in a single layer over dough; top with chicken. Top with garlic and mozzarella; sprinkle with Romano and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with onions. Cut and serve.
