One of our best kept secrets – Holiday Dinners

|

Over the years everyone has gotten busier and busier so our offerings in the deli have evolved to help make your life a little easier. Festival Foods has developed an awesome Turkey Dinner that is getting more and more popular.  Guests are realizing that the quality is just like homemade and most people would rather spend more time with their family and not in a hot kitchen.

I was just talking to a shopper the other day about the upcoming Christmas holiday and was telling her how we managed to serve our large family gathering for Thanksgiving without a lot of fuss. We purchased two of the Festival dinners and it was nice to not have to worry about how much to make, where we will fit it all, the timing of the items and the mess that goes with it.  We simply used the oven and microwave to heat everything and then put the food in holding units so we could serve buffet style to our big group. The food was great and we were able to spend more time with our families and not “work” cooking during the holiday.   This guest didn’t even know that we had these dinners!   I realized that we need to do more to let people know about our dinners.  I wanted to shout it from the top of the store but thought I would write it instead.

I bet there are lots of folks out there that are interested in saving some time and hassle but are concerned over whether they will truly like the dinners.  I challenge you to get one of them this year and let us know what you and your family thought of it. We love to hear any and all comments not just because everyone loves a compliment but we are also looking for ways we can improve if you are not satisfied.   Some of our best ideas come from shoppers so feel free to contact us.

Merry Christmas!
