Meet Tia Watermolen, she is one of Festival’s amazing Human Resources associates.


We’re saying “Hi Tia!” because she’s heading to our store on the west side of Green Bay, 2250 West Mason St., on Friday, May 8, to talk to people who want to work for Festival Foods.

She’ll be at the store from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. with paper applications as well as information explaining how people can apply online for jobs open at our west side location. As always, we’re looking for people who are motivated, energetic, fun and also career-oriented individuals. If you’re headed to the Green Bay-West store to talk to Tia about a career at Festival on Friday, you’re in luck. She knows a lot about being a career-oriented individual because she is one AND she found a great career at Festival.

She started with the company in 2005, working as a cashier and bagger. She worked her way up to be a cashier trainer and then she moved to the Deli as the Assistant Night Lead where she worked for about three years.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources with a Web Presence Emphasis. She then started working as an Human Resources Generalist for Festival. Recently, Tia was promoted to HR Analyst and, in that position, she handles our company’s recruiting efforts and other duties.
